Store Managers (f/m)
As a store manager you act as a role model and a driving force in the store. You are responsible for the management, the work schedule and staff motivation and likewise you ensure a structured and goal-oriented process. You take on responsibility for the implementation of measures to reach sales targets, ensure optimal customer service and merchandise presentation. You have good leadership skills and decision-making qualities, you work independently and communicate with the responsible area manager and the purchasing department.
Main job tasks:
- Achievement of sales targets and implementation of sales boosting measures
- Providing optimal customer service
- Ensuring a proper operation
- Management and development of your employees
- Managerial leadership of the store
Your qualifications:
- Completed apprenticeship in the retail trade or commercial apprenticeship
- Knowledge of market and industry
- Management experience
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Talent for sales
