The Managing Board and the Supervisory Board of GERRY WEBER International AG have decided to withdraw the company’s own shares. Up to now, the company has held 490,220 own shares, which represent 2.09 percent of its share capital. As a result of the withdrawal, the share capital of GERRY WEBER International AG will be reduced from EUR 23,443,200 (equivalent to 23,443.200 shares with an imputed nominal value of EUR 1.00) to EUR 22,952,980 (equivalent to 22,952,980 shares with an imputed nominal value of EUR 1.00). The own shares held by the company stem from earlier stock repurchases and are not entitled to dividend.
